Help me build a RS:95000 PC!

Hey guys I am planning to build a Gaming PC for playing games like GTA 5, Dying Light, AC Unity, Far Cry 4, Shadow Of Mordor and a few more similar games...
I will be Buying a GTX 980 for RS:50000
After spending a big chunk of my budget on the GPU I need to cheap out a little on the other components.
I am planning nothing lower than an i5 4690k... and atleast a 128 gb ssd!
Help me choose other components to stay under budget...

Thank you for the answer! btw what if I get a 970 instead of a 980? I have seen gameplays of the games I will be playing and they still manage to get around a solid 60 fps in Ultra to High settings.
