System Usage from Most to Least Important: Streaming league of legends and fortnite as well as school work

Do you need to buy OS: Yes
Please note that if you're using an OEM license of Windows, you will need a new one when buying a new motherboard.

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: NewEgg or honestly any site that has the best prices. Ideally would like a site that can build my tower as well, because I am a rookie to that.

The only problem I see is the storage. 512 GB doesn't seem like enough? We could upgrade that and do away with the monitor until I can save up for the Monitor that is 144hz

For a 144hz screen, you need a better card too.
