I have sent back the stuff to best buy and decided to wait and get better stuff/stuff i want. What you guys think of what I have Linked below. My current set up is:

FX-8350 with EVO 212 Cooler
16gb G-Skill Sniper DDR3
Asus 990fx R 2.0 MOBO
MSi GTX 970 OC Edition
XFX 550W
Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit
2-1 TB Black hard drives
Dual Screen Set up

Wanna Switch to Intel, I mainly play World of Warships or BF1, so any recommendations please.

MOBO:
Need a recommendation

Prefer 16gb

Graphics:
Whats an 970 equivalent, should I keep it? Or upgrade. I dont care AMD or Nvidia

Any help in building/upgrading is appreciated. I dont need anything supper crazy.

If it's not giving you problems, I'd just keep it. Apart from the XT their PSUs are of excellent quality and are hard to kill.
750W is overkill, you can run an i7+a GTX1080Ti on a 550W unit.
The Seasonic & Corsair you've linked are good, the Thermaltake isn't really a unit I'd pick.

GPU: with GPU prices what they are right now, I would keep my 970 right now. You'd need at least a 1070 or Vega64 to see a substantial benefit and those cards are all out of stock or going for 175% of their worth.

CPU/Board depends on your budget. An Intel i5-8x00 with a Z370 board is the logical route these days.

Sorry, its a 550w TS gold, I believe its dying, since my computer randomly restarts with no blue screen and no heating issues. As for the CPU/Board, how much would that I5 and z370 run? is it possible to get both and under $300? What about the case i linked, is it big enough? Decent case?

Interesting. I'm using a XFX TS Gold myself without issues and my old XFX Pro is still running as well (8 years and counting). Generally these are quality Seasonic units. But okay, sometimes even these fail.

For around 300$ you should be able to get an i5-8400+Z370 board. Otherwise a Ryzen 1600+B350 board is definitely possible for 300$.

It's a design focused case. But yeah, enough space.

Upgrading GPU right now is not ideal, prices are insane because of bitcoin. 16GB of DDR4 is $160. $300 won't get you anything a lot better. Save up to $450 for a decent boost. Your 8350 cpubenchmark is 8.9k. besides the new 6core i5 8400 the older i5s are around that. the new $150 cpus are around 9.5k. If you really want a gap fill, because yours is crashing, look at used intel 4000 parts. i5+mobo for $150 on ebay and you can reuse your ddr3 ram. changing your mobo/cpu can cause your windows license to expire. you could be on the hook for an extra $100 there. I believe they give you one upgrade on mobo.

Not a fan of the EVGA G3. Very noisy unit. And overpriced, considering units of the same quality (Seasonic Focus, Corsair RMx, Bitfenix Whisper) are up to 25$ cheaper.

For the 8400 I'd just keep the current cooler.
The pure rock slim is less potent and a bit pricy for it's performance/quality. If you do want a new cooler, lower end Scythe & Cooler Master coolers are your friends. If you want a cooler that will handle an upgrade, spend a few bucks more for a Thermalright True Spirit/Macho, a Scythe Mugen or a Cryorig H5 (although Thermalright/Scythe are better)

depends on the game. some games show a difference of up to 10%. in others it's within the error of margin.
due to the OC potential though it'll probably fare better in the long run,

I had a Msi board nearly fry my R7 1700 with overvoltage.
My personal preferences are ASRock and Gigabyte.
Asus I dislike simply because of how many times I've had to rma their boards.
