Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: It will be used for gaming - mostly new games that has come out,work- everyday work, school work- Microsoft Office
Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):
I don’t need monitor,mouse,keyboard,speakers,microphone. I just need the case with the parts.
I want you to build the best possible pc for 1000 euros.

P.S I already have 2TB Seagate HDD (brand new)

Those are kind of hard to come by right now at all levels because of the shortages. Normally I would put a 2060 Super in there but even those are being the victims of bot sellers right now.
