[SOLVED] help me build gaming pc

i builded one with i7 8700 and with high component, but its not worth ..
because the i7 8700 working good with Z mobo although no OC, but still i dont want i7 with cheap mobo .. so i want to downgrade to i5 for gaming. and to upgrade mobo and cpu every 4 years.

can you help me build the optimal pc gaming for good budget ?

full hd 144hz gaming competitive and some good heavy gaming like assassins creed on 80 fps
my build :

i5 8500
16gb ram
coolermaster 212 led
rtx 2070 ? or even wait to rx 3080 ? or rtx 2060

b360 ? i think ist good now because i5 wont be hot like the i7 ..

i cant because i am buying from local shop , so the budget is not so important now . but i need something like or better than what i have build

I can offer you a guideline:

Budget 2x the cost of your processor for your graphics card.

If, by optimal, you mean the strongest, that, today would be a i9-9900K and a RTX2080ti.

A very good gamer would be a I7-9700K and a GTX1080ti.

Both K processors can be overclocked to 5.0 using a Z390 based motherboard.

For a modest budget, a I5-8400 and something like a GTX1070ti.

Do not look to the future.
In a few years, products and prices will change.
Games and your needs may change.

Buy what you need now and perhaps for the next year.

yup exactly i need something good for a few years .. because of that i am not looking for future proof anymore.. i just need good quality components like psu case ssd hdd , the others i will change every 3 4 years ..

my budget is what you give me for a good decent pc , 144hz competitive. 80 frame others.. something for 4 yeras .. gpu i can upgrade after 3 years !? no problem

the gpu makes it so expensive like 754.31$
