Build Advice Help me build my first computer ?

Hello, I'm planning to build a PC with this specs But I don't know which one is better so please help me guys before I regret my decision choosing between this two.

1.
AMD ATHLON X4 860k
GT 730 2GB DDR3
DDR3 x2 8GB hyper fury
Generic 300 watts PSU
asus a58m-k
Samsung Evo SSD 500GB

Or

2.
AMD A10 PRO 7800B with R7 Graphics
DDR3 x2 8GB hyper fury
Generic 300 watts PSU
asus a58m-k
Samsung Evo SSD 500GB

Do you already have these parts or is there a set reason of your choices. At least if you choose the 860K you have some wiggle room to over clock. But there are extremally cheap used newer systems out there that have 4x bang for the buck.

Hello, I currently have the motherboard My brother gave it to me to help me ease up building my first PC cuz my budget rn is very tight But now I'm stuck choosing between those two specs, I tried searching online for benchmarks but couldn't find anything.

So should I choose the first one?

It really don't matter at todays standards both are pretty much so obsolete unless your just watching YouTube or something.

Hello, I know all the spec I mentioned is like horribly old on todays standard of PC's, But I'm not really into gaming too much yet I play OW 2 and Stardew valley just to waste my free time.

Right now I just want a pc that can do work stuff like opening multiple tabs PS, words and slightly enough to run games that I mentioned on something 60 fps-ish.

Probably when I have enough money to spend in the future Ill build a good Pc , But right now Ill start from the bottom and work my way up

So which is better 1 or 2?

Find a GTX 970 there dirt cheap and your at least on your first step in your PC journey .
