Which one of these two is the better option:

Ryzen 5600x + RTX 3060 ti or Ryzen 3600 + RTX 3070 ?

I planning to keep my PC for at least three years before upgrading.

Ryzen 5600x shows up as unavailable. DDR4-3600MHz dual channel ram kit, Samsung 970 Evo Plus, 550W PSU at the very least.

I don't live in the US. in my country the Ryzen 5600x is available.

Do you think the DDR4-3600MHz will be worth it compared to the 3200MHZ especially in gaming? The price difference between the two here is around 20$.

For the 3060 ti, I think the 450w PSU is enough! It is not?
