what all should i alter in my config in order to use 1440p monitor?

For 2560x1440? Gaming?
To make it playable and some future proofing in mind.
For most games, you will need basically high-end GPUs such as GTX970 or GTX 980.
For some games, you must even upgrade the proc to at least i5 4690k or E3-1231V3.

So...now...
I would recommend that you upgrade the GPU first, if you want to buy/use monitors with 2560x1440.
Leave your current proc for now as it is and try to play games with such setup first and only upgrade the proc if you see lagging.
You can also OC your proc and see how it effects before upgrading the proc.

Note:
If you do not play hardcore/high-end games like BF4, Watchdogs, etc. your current rig is totally ok for 2560x1440.
I am just assuming that you wanna play high-end games too.

actually its jsut been a month i bought this new pc . i feel bad now as i cant play at 1440p,

but i want to know what if i buy 1080p one 27" will it give me good quality picture like 1440p ?

Well, you can use 1440 but if you play BF4,etc. you must set the graphic settings quite low, which is no longer enjoyable.
1440p on 27" is better than 1080 on 27".
1080 on 27" is not really fun but that is only my personal opinion, I would not go higher than 24" for 1080.
It is also depending on how far you are looking at your monitor, 1080 from 2-3 feet away is not crisp enough for me but many people do it.

The crucial part of your rig for 1440p gaming is the GPU, R9 280 can not handle it properly. FX6300 can handle most games on 1440p but will have some small problems with several games.

BTW, that Qnix thing, it is not really good for gaming. It has high input lag (>30ms). Input lag is the most important stuff you must look for gaming before you look at the response (grey to grey).

I would prefer getting a fast 23-24" 1080p/1200p monitor for gaming but since you are coming already from 22", upgrading to 24" is not really a huge jump.
