I'm on a budget and trying to get a PC build form used hardware which would provide good results for at least 5 years.

I'm not a pro gamer, usually play about 10-12 hours a week. So would love something which should be enough to play modern games at 1080p medium - high settings.

Mostly, I'll use this build for After Effects, Photoshop and front-end web development.

Building step by step, so would appreciate if you guys could help me pick up the mobo (LGA1150) first (I'm not a pro when it comes to hardware so please bare with me if I listed anything trash):

MSI GAMING Z97 7 ($163.28 + Free Shipping)
MSI Z97 GAMING 5 ($157 + Free Shipping)
Asrock Z97 Extreme6 ($156 + Free Shipping)

I already have an Intel Core I5 4670K.

I don't think I'll ever overclock but want an M2 slot and something primium which would last for next couple of years.

I'll be buying from local stores and Aliexpress (amazon/ebay shipping charges are deal breakers).

All those motherboards are pretty good. I'd go with the Gaming 7 though. Like $7 more for a motherboard you will be using for a while is worth it. If you have any more questions about other components I am here to help.
What is a local store? Where do you live that makes Amazon shipping charges so high? If I gonna help you I need to know where I'm looking. Also If you need help with the rest of this build I totally got you.

I live in Pakistan. Most of the products doesn't even being shipped to Pakistan and the ones which they do adds more than the price of actual product. By local stores I meant Hardware shops nearby but they do charge more than what is on Aliexpress.
