I'm trying tu build a new computer, and I just need to select a graphics card. I'm looking into buying either a 290X, 780 or 780 ti. The thing here is that I live in México, and here this kind of things are a little pricey and I don't really have a lot of options. While here the 290X is the cheapest and of course extremely powerful, I am not really a fan of the noise, power consumption or heat. And I don't want to wait for custom cooling designs, I am in college so I just got about a month to get it working and play some games, also the custom cooling solutions will take a while to reach the stores here. I'll give you roughly the price in dollars so you can get an idea:

GTX 780 ti = $825
GTX 780 SC ACX = $725
R9 290x = $ 675

As you can see it's not really cheap to make a good PC here, but anyway, I have been saving so it's kind of ok. Still all considered I want to spend as little as posible.

My other specs are:
CPU: i5 4570
PSU: Corsair CX750M
Motherboard: GA-Z87X-DH3
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz 2x4

I would like to play games on 1080p at least the next two years without problem. Anyway, thanks in advance.

Edit: The 780 ti would be reference, also the only cards in SLI or CF that would be cheaper here would be the R9 270X. I would like to have just one GPU and just get another one down the line if I ever need to, multi-gpu scaling is not always great in some older games I like to play nor reliable in the newer ones.

It sounds like the 780 Ti would fit your needs, as it is only a hundred more than the 780. However, will the 780 Ti be a reference design? ie: no aftermarket cooler. If that's the case, I would go with the ACX 780.
