OTHER RELEVANT SYSTEM SPECS: AMD 1090T BE on stock speed atm, ASUS M4A89GTD PRO , 8GB Corsair 1600mhz

Well, the AMD 6950 graphic card suits your needs perfectly. Get the 2 gb one. I would have even linked you a good newegg deal, but since you are from Europe, thats not possible. But, in short, the 6950 is your best bet.
