Help me choose a LGA 2011 board

Well folks, I've decided to go with the Core i7 3820 for my first high-end build. Haven't decided on graphics, but either it's going to be 3 7970s or 3 of whatever nVidia brings to the table. I'll be gaming at 5760 x 1080 and I have NO need for a six-core, so don't try to tell me I do. Anyway, I need you guy's advice on a LGA 2011 motherboard >$350. A few requirements:
-x16/x16/x8
-No XL ATX
-At least 4x 6 Gb/s ports
-(preference) 4 USB 3.0 ports

Get a new case! The ASUS Rampage 4 Extreme is the only MOBO that I would choose with 3x HD 7970's - period! Come on, if you're going to spend $1,700+ on GPU's what's a few bucks more for a GOOD CASE!?

Edit - there's a good chance that the R4E will fit into your case, but just without PCIe slots for a 4-WAY i.e. fit but blocked.

I have the NZXT Phantom, which is an awesome case! No need to lose $75 selling it. And anyway, I think I'll go with the Rampage IV Extreme. That, or the AsRock Extreme9. Still debating.

I'm still tweaking my 5GHz profile with a reasonable vCore and all power savings Enabled, 'my' everyday rig is not intended to game, if it were then R4E and I won't even have to think about it - i.e. simple as it gets choice. Whatever MOBO you get is your choice.
