Help me choose a monitor

I would like it to be 20" - 22" and have a native resolution of either 1680x1050 or 1920x1080. I also need it to have HDMI and would like it to have a fast (2 - 6 ms) response time. This is probably a lot to ask for under $200 but please keep it under $200. Thanks!
