Help me Choose a Monitor

Hello, I currently have a Samsung Syncmaster 20 inch lcd and Im looking to replace it with a 24 inch or higher monitor so i can game at 1920 X1200. I know that PVA or s-ips monitors are better than Tn but i have not found one for my budget which is less than $550.
I wanted to ask which of these or any others u guys might have is best?

Dell S2409W, my friend got one and is all praise for it.. I think its best among the ones listed above...
