Hello, thinking of picking up a new PC for Destiny 2, like this one, or very similar. (7700k, gtx 1080, 16GB ddr4)

I need to find a good new monitor to go along with it, so far landed on Asus ROG PG348Q.

Would this be a good option? Would the gtx 1080 run things smoothly at this resolution/refresh rate? Do you guys have any other good options? I think I have the PC down to what I want but I could really use some help in the monitor department. Mostly going to be used for gaming: WoW, Diablo 3, Destiny 2, Overwatch, LoL... I also like to play story driven single player games like Bioshock, etc. I would like the PC/monitor to last a good 3-5 years before needing to be replaced if possible.
