Help me choose a monitor?!

Acer XG270HUA 27’ wqhd or acer kg271ubmiippx 27’ wqhd ??
For xbox one x gaming & lil pc gaming! (next console i buy will b ps5)
i currently have benq rl2455 monitor, so i am looking to upgrade, both acer monitors are in my price range, im thinking to go 2k instead of 4k so i could still get food fps & tn over ips for the response time!

2K is better but you must get it with a higher refresh rate like 120hz or 144hz and you made a big deal and a good value moniter

thanks for the advice, i have £250 budget, can you recommend any monitors...

but 250 can only get a 1080p monitor with 144HZ on amazon
