Help me choose a motherboard please!!

I can´t decide whichof this motherboards to buy can you tell which one is better and why?
- Gigabyte B250M-DS3H
- ASUS B250M A Prime

They are very close, but Asus is slightly better - has one more M.2 slot and one more fan header, also it has Type C USB port that Gigabyte lacks - and that would be all differences. The only thing that Gigabyte does better is its DualBIOS which helps in case of failed BIOS update.
