Question Help me choose a new monitor for gaming.

I'm looking to buy an FHD high refresh rate monitor for gaming. My budget is around 260$. Which monitor is the best choice in that price range?
I also considered buying a 1440p monitor, but couldn't find anything at this price. Any recommendations are welcome!
Currently I'm considering one of these:

24,5" BenQ Mobiuz EX2510S,
24" MSI G242
24" MSI Optix MAG245R.

What sort of features are you looking for in your monitor purchase? I'd pick the BenQ due to aesthetics and the higher refresh rate for future options though what GPU are you working with at the time of writing.

I have a RTX 2060 Founders Ed.
Ill be using the monitor mostly for gaming and some video editing in premiere. Yes the benq o e stood out to me too. Thanks for your help!
