Help Me Choose a PSU.

Can you help me choose a PSU between these two?

My budget is around $100 USD.

My specs :

FX 6300 CPU
Sapphire R9 280x Tri-x GPU
Gigabyte GA970A-DS3
8GB Kingston HyperX fury RAM
1 TB WD HDD (500+500)
1 DVD R/W
And around 5 case fans

Also, I plan on overclocking my GPU a little bit and my CPU to about 4.5 GHz from 3.5 GHz (Stock). And if you have any suggestion other than those two, please feel free to mention them as well. Thanks for your time.

Get the 620W In my opinion it's more "future proof" should you go Crossfire or sli

Nope, I don't think I will ever do crossfire or sli. But I want my PSU to be able to handle the system even at very high load which my four months old Corsair VS 650 fails to do at the moment.
