Help me choose Best gaming CPU/Motherboard/RAM! for 300$

I decided to upgrade my CPU/Motherboard/RAM since my are getting old and computer is slowing down.

I am keeping my Graphics card and Powersupply
Radeon 6850
530W Power supply

Just need to upgrade those parts for gaming
Want to spend around 300$ The less the better! Thanks

530 watts should be plenty as long as you don't go throwing anything sli or crossfire in there later down the line

Get the 8320 instead of the 8350. It's $70 cheaper and is 99% as good. Try really hard to get a 990FX motherboard over a 970 series. The RAM is fine.

Oops sorry it's gone back up to $149. Still $50 cheaper than the 8350. Still a much better deal.
