Hello everyone. Thank you in advance for checking out my post.

Im am planning to purchase a PC very soon that I will be using to stream and record 2k video games, edit videos, and work on large files in photoshop. I need help deciding between two builds. My choice basically revolves around the monitor that I have picked. I am going to run two Samsung 32" CHG70 monitors that support FreeSync 2. This is why I am considering an AMD system as opposed to my personal preferance of Intel/NVidia.

Here are the two builds:

Intel/NVidia

CPU: Intel - Core i9-7900X 3.3GHz 10-Core Processor ($935.00 @ Newegg Marketplace)
CPU Cooler: NZXT - Kraken X62 Rev 2 98.2 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($155.89 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: MSI - X299 GAMING PRO CARBON AC ATX LGA2066 Motherboard ($269.99 @ B&H)
Memory: G.Skill - Trident Z RGB 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR4-3200 Memory ($349.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Samsung - 860 Evo 500GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive ($132.89 @ OutletPC)
Storage: Western Digital - Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($43.89 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: EVGA - GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11GB SC Black Edition Video Card ($679.99 @ Amazon)
Case: NZXT - S340 Elite (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case ($107.98 @ Newegg Business)
Power Supply: Corsair - HX Platinum 750W 80+ Platinum Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($129.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $2805.61

AMD

CPU: AMD - Threadripper 1950X 3.4GHz 16-Core Processor ($769.89 @ OutletPC)
CPU Cooler: NZXT - Kraken X62 Rev 2 98.2 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($155.89 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Gigabyte - X399 AORUS Gaming 7 ATX TR4 Motherboard ($334.89 @ OutletPC)
Memory: G.Skill - Trident Z RGB 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR4-3200 Memory ($349.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Samsung - 960 EVO 250GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive ($99.40 @ OutletPC)
Storage: Samsung - 860 Evo 1TB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($199.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: Asus - Radeon RX VEGA 64 8GB ROG STRIX Video Card ($579.99 @ Amazon)
Case: NZXT - S340 Elite (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case ($107.98 @ Newegg Business)
Power Supply: Corsair - HX Platinum 750W 80+ Platinum Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($129.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $2728.01

My question is if it is worth it (for the freesync and a bit cheaper system) to go with an inferior graphics card of the AMD build.
