So hello guys, I'd like to ask you which cpu & graphics card is "better", cause I can't choose..

i7 6700 OR i7-4960x? As I've seen, the price of i7-4960x is 3x bigger than my current CPU's (i7 6700 (non K)).

And about GPU,
GeForce GTX 1080 8gb Armor OC OR GeForce GTX Titan 6gb.

None of these cpus/gpus are overclocked, so I'd like to know which gpu & cpu is better from these I've listed above? Its mainly only for gaming & a little bit of video editing(sony vegas).

Or in other words, which pc is better?

----------- 1 -----------
CPU - i7-6700 3.40GHz
GPU - GeForce GTX 1080 8gb Armor OC
RAM - Corsair Vengeance DDR4, 16gb. 2400mhz
MOTHERBOARD - Asus Z170-P
PSU - Corsair VS650(probably bronze, I don't really know).

----------- 2 -----------
CPU - i7-4960x 4.5 GHz
CPU Cooler - Arctic freez
GPU - GTX Titan 6 GB
RAM - 16GB corsair pro series 2400 mhz
MOTHERBOARD - Asus rampage iv black edition
PSU - Evga 750w 80 plus

And I'd like to keep the computer #2, what parts should I remove from pc #1 and put into pc #2 so the pc will overall be better? Ty for your help guys!!

Solution
The first is way better but you need some changes with it change the cpu from a 6700 to a 8700 and does have that much different between them in price also the motherboard should be ungraded to a z370 or z270 and about the vidoe card it depends on the resolution you want to play with and the graphics setting you want in game.

definitely one over two , newer runs cooler more future proof, yet between the 2 still no perceivable difference unless you tab the numbers at the end of the day so still up to you.
