Question help me choose Between Hp z24i or Hp zr24w

Hi all,
My very old 19 Inch monitor is about to die and i want to replace it.
I use my PC for browsing and watching movies, some Photoshop editing then gaming (Bf, Ac ,Far Cry and NFS ..etc) ..my Vga card is Gtx 970.
But I'm in a very low budget so i have to go for a used monitor (and i slightly prefer IPS panels)
So now i have to choose between these monitors:
Hp z24i
Hp zr2440w
or some Samsung VA panel monitors like CF390 and F350.(but they are about 25% more expensive)
So which one is overall better in terms of colors and gaming performance (assuming all of them are in a good condition)?

If you can't get the Samsung monitor, and get the used Hp zr2440w, because it is the IPS, with more connectors, better the contrast ratio, and brightness, etc. and other one is not.
