Help me choose between these four laptops please

I want to buy a laptop for my engineering works and beside them for gaming! I mean the speed and not getting hot and laggy is more important than graphic power in games for me.
Help me choose between these please:
1. Lenovo Ideapad Y700 (i7-6700HQ, 16Gb-DDR4, GTX960, Hybrid Hard)
2. Asus G501jw (i7-4720HQ, 16Gb-DDR3, GTX960, SSD Hard)
3. Asus UX501jw (i7-4720HQ, 12Gb-DDR3, GTX960, Hybrid Hard)
4. Asus G551vw (i7-6700HQ, 16Gb-DDR4, GTX960, Normal 5400rpm Hard)

I would opt for the i7 6700HQ from Lenovo. The 6700 performs better, and has a lower TDP because of the 14 Nm die. It should run cooler and give a little better battery life. From Notebookcheck review:

Thank you man. What about the 4th one? G551vw has the same i7-6700HQ as Lenovo Y700.
Does Y700 have better performance than G551vw? any experiences?

The hybrid drive will feel more responsive than the 5400 RPM HDD. Other than that, they should be nearly equal in terms of performance. I think the Lenovo's customer service would be better, too.
