Help me choose between these monitors!

will be using it mainly for reading pdf's, documents and a little bit of overwatch. w/c of the three would give me the least eye strain

If for least eye strain, and pdf's, then go with the BenQ one. My dad bought one for his work at the office and says helps him a lot and he complains of eye strain much less, could be a placebo effect but I doubt it.
