Question Help me choose between these two laptops (Coding/Gaming)

I'm looking for a budget laptop I will be using for both light gaming and mostly Coding/Studying. Those are the only two I can afford right now and are in stock here in my country.

RAM: 16GB: 2 x 8 GB DDR4 @ 3200Mhz

Battery: 4-Cell 70 Whr - with fast charging so 50% charged in ≈30 minutes.

Storage: 512GB SSD

I don't know anything about Ryzen, so I can't compare the processers, but is battery life/use very important or not so much?
