Hello, i want to buy a new PC. I need to decide between two following builds:

The 335$ Build:

MSI H61M, PCIe/DDR3/SATA2/LAN/DVI/7.1
Intel® Pentium® Dual-Core G620, 3MB BOX 32nm
DDR3 4GB(2x2)
500GB HDD
Sapphire Radeon 6670 1GB/DDR5/128bit
DVD Multi Writer 22XDVD/12xDVD-RAM/2MB
500W Cooler Master Elite PSU

or the 480$ Build:

Gigabyte GA-M68MT-S2
AMD X4 Phenom II 945
RAM 8GB (2x4) DDR3
1tb hdd
Powercolor Radeon 6850 1GB/DDR5/256bit
DVD+/-RW /SATA/ black, 22XDVD/12xDVD-RAM
550W Thermaltake PSU Lite

The question is, is the more expensive build worth the price increase over the cheaper build (if it is only like, 30-50% faster i wont buy it over the cheaper one)? The pc will be used for Skyrim @ 1440x900 res. and a few older RPGs.
The builds cannot be changed in any way.

Thanks in advance.

Basically, as far as I can determine, the more expensive PC is about 100% better, with twice the processing cores (most games do not take advantage of that though), twice the ram, twice the HDD and twice the graphics. My take on those, the second one is worth $150 more.
