help me choose cooler

my Processor is throttling because the stock intel cooler lost one of its (white leg) that attach to motherboard so its kinda loose , im only have budget around 30-40$ right now the only available thing on my trustful online shop was , deepcool gammaxx 400 white for 27$ , thermal right true spirit 120 for 32$ , hyper 212 evo for 40$ , raijintek aidos for 29$ , people suggest me the H7 but its out of stock (h7 is around 36$ here)

What CPU you have? If you don't OC just get Gammaxx 400, it's cheaper and does very well.

There's a tendency for people to over recommend the H7, you are unlikely in need of it if you just want a replacement for stock cooler.

ambient temperature in room is over 28-34celsius (using AC is around 14-23celsius) , i live in equator line

Gammaxx 400 would be an overkill as well but it's the cheapest one you pick, go with it.
