Help me choose CPU

Depends on the games and your budget.

The 7700k performs a bit better than the 7600k
However it's significantly more.expensive

Right now Ryzen is so new that no games are really optimised for it and it's thus dragging behind. That might change though with future updates for titles.

A 1700 will push around the same frames as the i5 7600k that is both at stock. This is the case at least for 1080p which is what you probably intend to do with that 1070.

For cost effectiveness I would suggest the i5, even if the 1700 pulls ahead with future updates, I doubt it would exceed the cost effectiveness of an i5. It's a gamble to go with the 1700, if you wait for the cheaper versions of Ryzen (R5) or for BIOS updates for R7 range then you can be more certain. However you should be pretty happy with the performance you get from the i5 no matter what the case.

1) RYZEN 1700 etc:
Your best bet would be a 4/6-core CPU later, especially since AMD and motherboard manufacturers need several MONTHS to fix issues.

So that's out if you need it now, and it's unlikely to match an i7-7700K for gaming so it's more about saving a little money.

2) i5 vs i7?
The i7 is starting to see more benefits in some games, and since it's NOT a budget build I recommend spending the extra for an i7-7700K.

And no, the i5 isn't just for 1080p. A lot of CPU bottlenecking happens in MULTIPLAYER games due to calculations of player data so an i7-7700K can still beat an i5-7600K at 1080p in some games.

*There's also the question of whether an i5-7600K will be enough for the near future. DX12 and Vulkan can use a CPU more efficiently (in theory) but it's SLOW to come in due to technical challenges so all we know right NOW is that CPU requirements have, on average, continue to rise.

Even when DX12 gets efficient game developers can still put in taxing CPU features like AI.

No one can really say right now but the R7 series seems to aim for intels extreme line which are not really aimed at gamers. The R5 line may play nicer with current games than the R7 series and I would expect future titles to be more optimised for the R5 line than the R7.

With an i7 you'll see an extra 10-15 frames at best in extreme cases (multiplayer games with tons of players or those with no/generous world object limits). If you've got the money i'd go for that i7.
