okay so i have a e8400 and i wanna upgrade looking at my budget i can buy i5 650 or i5 2400 the price difference is not that much so which one should i buy?

actually im buying a completely new pc not upgraing that one my budget is 20k pkr in pakistan imma also buy 750ti if money is left

For 20,000PKR, you're looking at an entry level concurrent gen AMD system. In fact for 720p gaming you can manage with the Ryzen APU's. Might want to list your current specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

and then post a preferred site for purchase.

you could get a used system. recommend search ebay for hp elite 7500
look for system with 8 gb ram and intel core i5 3470 cpu or better.
the psus can be changed in them for a better one.
