I need to buy new monitor, which one of those are the best...

Which one would you choose and why?

I did not include AOC or ACER, somewhy I am not fan of those brands.

If gaming i would suggest another monitor besides those in the list
the BenQ / Zowie XL24111P 24 inch 144hz at $400
if productivity i would suggest HP VH240a
