So. I'm working on getting my new gaming PC. I've come down to about 2 choices. No, building one isn't an option. The thing is, I could be getting $200 to $300 off these PC's because my family knows someone in the business. So I thought these would be great deals for that much off. You can also recommend a pre built computer if you want. Just make sure the starting price isn't above about $850. A little over is okay though :)

First one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883229394
Second one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883258058

I've been gearing more towards the first one because of the processor and I like AMD GPU's a little better. But I now the 7870 and GTX 660 are pretty much the same. But the second one has 16GB Ram, and comes with a free Batman Arkham Orgins. First one also has a 800W PSU, while the second one has a 650W.

So tell me your thoughts or recommend a different one below. Thanks

None really fancy me.But i'd go with the second one. Has the latest vishera CPU. The 8120 is from the Zambezi line(previous iteration). There's a performance increase with the vishera chips

Difficult to really recommend one wholeheartedly because the details are rather sparse. Don't know what motherboard is being used, the psu.I'd only recommend them because you say you might get this somewhere between 500 to 600.If that is the case, get it.

May i ask why building one is out of the question?

Addition to navask's question above, what business are you talking about?
Are you talking about Newegg, so you can get $200-300 off any newegg computer?
If you can tell us what products you can get a discount on, then we may be able to recommend a better computer.

Thanks

Really my parents don't want to build one. I would like to, but I kind of agree with them. I know quite a bit about computer parts, but I don't really know how to put one together.

I know amazon and newegg for sure. Not really sure about anywhere else, but I'll make sure I find out. But it has to be prebuilt. It can't be any super combos or things where I pick out the parts specifically.

Assembling a PC is kinda like lego for adults. The instruction manuals point out where everything needs to go and there are tons of guides online.

We'd advocate building a PC as you can choose what you while keeping to your own budget. And it can be a learning experience. In this case,if you do get to assemble one,it will be an experience for the entire family. But inthe end,it's your call, man.

Like what realchaos said, try to link other prebuilts where you might get that discount. We may stumble upon one that has a better profile
