After few weeks of researching, I've come down to these speakers as my choices.
Cyber Acoustics Subwoofer Satellite System (CA-3602a):

Genius SW-G2.1 1250 2.1 speaker system:

Logitech Z313 Speaker System:

I will be streaming music and movies and also gaming.
My budget is $60 and if there are better options, I'll gladly read them

Solution

At your budget there is no "much better":
- Genius lacks definition for high frequency sounds (also the bass feels a little bit "muddy"); for dance mainly;
- Logitech has some deficits in medium registry (voice) and the bass has too much presence (it is agressive sometimes); it sounds good for dance, pop, rock, ambiental, OK for opera, but sometimes you must dial down the bass volume;
-...

Hmm, I've never seen or heard of that brand and model. Just wondering, can you explain why you would recommend for that? Is this one much better than what I posted up there?

- Edifier is well balanced, the bass is not "hysterical", the voices sound close to reality and the definition for the high frequency sounds is acceptable; it has no problem with rock and hard-rock, opera, symphonic (piano sounds pretty good), for dance/pop though you must dial up a little the bass control.

I used a Xonar DX for the tests.

I didn't have the chance to test any Cyber Acoustics systems, so it could be a good system (the solution with 2 identical speakers for the satellites is good if implemented right, as Altec Lansing showed a while ago).

The best for you is to test the systems in showroom, because this audio thing can be very subjective. Just be sure to test the systems with the same audio tracks from the same source (an Ipod is ideal).
