Help me choose parts for a "tight budget" build

Hi, so I decided it's time for me to start saving up for a new computer, as the one I use is completely outdated and I (almost) can no longer work in it. The thing is that I have a tight budget for it and want to build a computer that can be used for gaming.

My budget is $650 and I only want components, no mouse, keyboard or monitor and NO GRAPHICS CARD, I'm planning to save more in the future to buy a graphics card, what I want now is a new computer.

What am I going to use the computer for? Mostly light gaming, things like CS:GO, LOL, and some other games like Hitman, rocket league, etc. I will also use it for things like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

I don't plan to buy a graphics card now, I'll save maybe in a year or 2 to buy one.

So, to sum it up, I'm looking for a $650 build, with no graphics card for light gaming and some other programs.

Thanks!

Edit: I could go over the $650 limit but since I want to buy it asap because I use it for work too, so I'll prefer to stay within the $650 limit

Edit 2: I don't have a GPU, so I need a CPU with an integrated gpu

Here is a good one. It's an Intel Kaby Lake build, which just came out this year. It should be able to handle light games, but Hitman and Rocket League may not work. Without a grpahics card, it's gonna be hard to push up those frames. However, Photoshop and Illustrator should be good. Depending on the projects, you may want to consider 32GB of RAM. Again, if you want to play other graphically intensive games, you WILL need a graphic card. An RX 570 fro $170 should be just fine to play those games.

this will not work since Ryzen chips do not have on-board graphics.

I'm assuming you have a GPU to use until you save up?

No, I don't have a GPU, I'm gonna rely on the CPU until I can save more for one

then you will have to go intel. all their CPU's including Pentiums have an Intel graphics core

yea, its starting to sound so bias toward AMD in this thread and because of that it sounds like they didn't bother to read the OP does not have a graphics card.

you can put together a great cheap build with an Intel Pentium G4400 and a B250 motherboard

^^ Yeah i think more people need to read the OP in-depth... He needs an integrated GPU until he buys a dedicated one later.

Your build looks good, Just added a Motherboard with 4 RAM slots and a few extra features but still within the budget:

get 8GB RAM only and GPU under $100 for now? This allow you to do some light gaming until you got extra fund.

Of course there's a bias for ryzen , you're getting similar core performance to the i5 but with double the thread count , its just plain a better CPU.

Yes this is true..but the OP doesn't have a GPU at the moment..which is why Ryzen will not work.

I'm still looking at the prices of each of those parts in my country, Sadly most of these are more expensive here in Mexico that in the US so I'm looking at what's best for my budget

You said it was a ryzen build but I see an i5 :p

And yeah, I know I won't be able to run those games at a decent framerate without a graphics card. But on the meanwhile I'm looking for a "decent cpu" build that can run those games at low quality with a decent framerate and handle games like csgo pretty well.
