I already have a spare gtx970 and 550w PSU so no need for those
I'm looking for a PC parts around 400 euro mainly everyday use video editing, PS, etc
Looking for 6 or 8 core CPU, 16GB RAM, SSD, 2TB HDD, and a nice case
Haven't paid too much attention to the CPU market, last I hear AMD had the best price/performance
The main thing would be longevity for the CPU
What are your suggestions ?

Not for 400 euro. This is 544 and I took the cheapest for some parts. Add ~100 to that for better RAM, SSD, case, board. You just can't get all of that for just 400 euro.
