Help me choose SSD

Hi im from indonesia im already bulit gaming pc with gtx 970 and i5 4590 , the only problem now is my storage , im only have 160gb super OLD HDD , those 160 gb were split into disk C and for Disk D , i'm currently have about 130$ on my pocket about 1500.000 rupiah on my currency , i dont want to spend all 135$ for SSD , the other is for 1tb HDD , the best price range of SSD for my pocket in indonesia were 128GB ones ,its around 60-80$ here's the list

Crucial MX 100 128gb
Transcend D370
Kingfast SSD F6
Corsair LX sata 3

which one is good in term of write & read speed , performance ,reliabilty

They are all OK. None of them are great. Just get the cheapest.
