Than show me how it's done master. I really need those headphones and mousepad (my desk is made of metal) but you can change anything else that fits the budget (even if you beyond a bit it's fine I'll try to save up a little more money if needed but I don't guarantee anything)

No, you don't need more than a 550 watt PSU. Make no mistake, the RMx is excellent and better than the CXM, but if you want to save money, go with the CXM. You'll want an ATX size MB for that windowed case. The mATX will look too small. You could save some by going with the Ryzen 5 2600 and overclocking it. Your FPS will be nearly as good as the 2700x, but you'll need an aftermarket cooler to overclock it.

I didn't realize that on your list you and switched from the 2700X to the 2700 + cooler for overclocking. That is fine.

Yeah I know about the wattage but I actually checked a calculator and it says around 500w and is recommending me a 650w psu so I'm just gonna go with that

Both of your builds have video cards which are much worse that the RTX 2070, therefore the gaming will be worse.

I am not an expert on the monitors and just accepted what was already chosen.

  1. Aftermarket cooler is not needed with the Ryzen cpus and if you want to overclock, you'll want something beefier than that.
  2. The MX500 M.2 at 84€ is somewhat overpriced. I chose the P1 because 1, it's NVMe (faster) 2, it has better gb per € than many other SSDs.
  3. Toshiba HDDs overall are not very good, loud and unreliable.
  4. The RTX 2070 is a very bad gpu for it's price, it only performs 15-20% better than the RTX 2060 which generally is around 150€ cheaper, furthermore there's the Vega 56 which costs even less and outperforms it.

1) I won't overclock anything (I'm kinda inexperienced and I don't actually need to overclock it)
2)I'll change it right now
3)guess you're right but I don't know which HDD to chose i always think about the barracuda
4)i actually will switch to the Vega because I never play on full settings anyway (I get sick when I do because I'm kinda poor sighted on one eye and too perfect graphics annoy my eyes since they see it in "different" ways and lowering the graphic kinda evens the difference)

And I guess since you didn't mention it the monitor is fine?

Barracudas are good drives, fast (for a HDD), quiet and reliable.
The monitor you chose is fine, it supports freesync so it'll work great with the Vega 56.
The one i suggested has higher resolution with lower refreshrate which mostly comes from my own preference, since using a low resolution display gives me a headache after a while.
