Help me choose what to upgrade for a budget gaming pc

My pc currently:

Athlon 2 x4 631 2.6ghz
MSI Military class 2 MS-7697
RAM: 10gb 1333mhz
Graphics card: 3VGA Nvidia gtx 550Ti 1gb ddr5
HDD: 500gb
PSU: Chieftec 650W
I have a budget of 200e~ and i am looking to get better FPS in gaming. Should i buy a graphics card or a motherboard+ CPU? I was thinking of buying AMD FX-6300 cpu and a motherboard but then it occurred to me that for the same money i could get a good graphics card.

Opinions?

Both your CPU and GPU are pretty old and make an upgrade a lost cause. I would however recommend upgrading the CPU first since any 200E GPU is going to perform about the same as your current GPU, as it will be held back by the weak CPU.

FOr 200E you will need a upgrade of CPU, motherboard and ram, something like this will work very well:

I recommend an i3 since they will usually perform better than their AMD counterparts.

I bought 8GB of ram memory recently why would i need to upgrade it? Kingston 8gb 1333mhz and i have a 2gb stick running at 10gb total. Is that really in need of an upgrade?

Could you tell me why intel i3 over amd fx 6300 in that price range?

FX 6300 is over 3yrs old, on a dead platform. The 4th gen i3 platform is technically dead now, also, but you have better upgrade options, that use far less power. FX 6300 has to be overclocked to match i3, which costs more. Mix and match ram is not good. You are screwing yourself out of proper dual channel, with the way you are running your memory.

Ehh, unless your gaming hardcore or 4k I believe the FX 6300 should be better price to performance over the i3. The extra money could also get you a better gpu as well, for instance i just bought an r9 270 for 109 with $20 rebate. Depending on where you live you can get an fx 6300 for $90 and a free gigabyte usb3 motherboard at microcenter. So for FX6300+Mobo+r9 270 your looking at a little over 200

In the list you gave me it says, quoting:

I live in Serbia and there is no such thing as FREE here.

Chieftec 650 watts and higher PSU's are pretty decent PSU's, no need to change that in my opinion.
