Question Help me choose

Between MSI GeForce RTX 2080 VENTUS 8GB GDDR6 256-bit and
GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 2080 TURBO 8GB GDDR6 256-bit
My current rig is:
Monitor LED Gaming ASUS PB277Q, 27", 2K WQHD
Processor i5 9600K 3.70 Ghz
Motherboard GIGABYTE Z370P D3
CPU Cooler Cooler Master MasterAir MA410M RGB
Seasonic Focus+, 80+ Platinum, 750W
16 gb RAM
Or are there any better reccomandations? My maximum budget would be around 1000 euros.

I'd prefer the dual fans on the MSI over the blower style on the Gigabyte.

It depends, the blower style will exhaust all the heat out back but the dual fan inside the case so really it is what you want. If doing OC and heat is an issue the blower style card is better.

The Ventus is the better card is most cases. The Turbo cards are horrible, they run loud and hot.

Do I need even a 2080 if I only use it for gaming, or should I just stick to a 2070 one?

Need? These are for gaming. A 2070 will do the same job just with lower fps.

The difference from what I've seen from Youtube videos comparing these two isn't that great, around 10 fps I guess.
But what version of 2070 would you reccomend? The GeForce RTX 2070 VENTUS 8GB GDDR6 256-bit one or MSI GeForce RTX 2070 ARMOR OC 8GB GDDR6 256-bit ?
Also I don't have a 4K monitor

The Ventus has a way better cooler than the armor.
