Don't even have to click the links. Intel

I mean, I see 4590 & 8370e in the link names lol. The 4590 outperforms the 8370E in most ways deemed relevant. The "E" version is just an underclocked version of it's standard nominal version. Way less performance per individual core. 22 nm vs 32 nm

/reasons

If your purpose is gaming, then without a doubt you'll want the 4590 over the FX chip. But there's also a budget angle. The 8370 is a decent chip still, but only feels it's age a little more in terms of gaming, as opposed to the haswell

If your intent is gaming, go with intel. AMD is currently better at other things, but not gaming. No game can possibly take advantage of the cores AMD is offering and the architecture of Intel is just better for it. Below is a link on AMD vs Intel to help you make a good decision with your CPU choice for gaming!

You do get a pretty good bang for your buck! I think you got the tools necessary to put this thing together! If you need any other specs or opinions on parts just post a forum.

AMD Build: ₱13,500.00 (₱15,700.00 with cooler).

Intel Build: ₱14,950.00.

First off, unless you're going to OC the AMD chip, you don't need the cooler. So, this does give the AMD a slight price advantage.

Performance-wise, yes, the Intel build will be faster...the question being whether you will actually notice the performance or not. For example, when it comes to Internet browsing, email, YouTube, & social media, you won't see a difference between the two. For games, it will depend not only on the game, but the GPU you have selected.

Now, I don't see any GPU selected. Based on that, the Intel CPU has integrated graphics, but the AMD doesn't, so if you don't buy/own a dedicated GPU you'd be foolish to pick the AMD build. However, if you already have a GPU, then that may have more of a factor on your game peformance. BF4, for example, doesn't show a whole lot of difference based on CPU performance. For example, in BF4 (Ultra, 1080p) the i7-4790K only manages an extra 3.7FPS over AMD's FX-4130 when both are paired with a GTX 770 (http://anandtech.com/bench/CPU/1107); there's more of a performance boost going from the GTX 770 to the GTX 970 (http://anandtech.com/bench/GPU14/931; extra 25.5 FPS).

i already have
Seasonic full mod 520w
Gtx 960
8gb 1866 ram
500gb hdd
120gb ssd
any suggestion what should i get after mobo and cpu

i own 1 960 😱

Well, as I said, unless you're going to OC the AMD chip, you don't need the cooler, which makes it slightly cheaper than the Intel build.

The GTX 960 is a decent card, so the big question is which games you're going to play. As the benchmark showed, BF4 is much more GPU-intensive than CPU-intensive, so both builds should be able to hit 60FPS at "Ultra" at 1080p.

They tested with an i7-5960X, which means the i5-4590 will probably deliver about 95% of its performance (the FX-8350 delivering about 85%).

Note that, with a Titan X, neither one has trouble hitting 70+ FPS at 2560x1600. The issue is going to be the GTX 960. Performance was apparenlty OK, but even with the i7 it couldn't quite reach 60 FPS at 1080p (FXAA, normal textures), & dropped to 37FPS at 2560x1600. Based on that, I'd expect your i5 build to reach 55FPS @ 1080p, with the FX-8350 build reaching 49-50FPS @ 1080p, & I wouldn't recommend playing either one at 2560x1600.

In any case, you're looking at your AMD build providing about 90% of the i5's performance in GTA V, & about 95% of the performance in BF4. Since the AMD build's cost without the aftermarket cooler is about 90% of the i5's build, it means you can go either way. The i5 build will provide a little bump in performance, & will cost about a proportional amount. But...unless your monitor refresh rate is over 60Hz, or unless you're playing above 1080p resolutions (which I wouldn't recommend on those titles with the GTX 960), you probably won't see the added performance. So, either build will work for you.

As for whether or not you want to overclock...if you want to overclock now, get the AMD build and the aftermarket cooler, as extra cooling is a must for any OC (whether AMD or Intel). Basically, this is because you're going to be extremely limited on OC'ing a locked Intel CPU (assuming it can even be done). If you want to overclock in the future, you can get either build, but the AMD build will only need a cooler, whereas the Intel build will need both a cooler & a new CPU.

just dota 2 no other i dont play FPS i play dragon ball xenoverse sometimes and will play upcoming one piece 3 on pc just that
maybe your right maybe i should get amd and OC in the future when i got the money to buy an AIO plus i will buy an 1080p monitor (asus vx239h) in near future but currently using 1600x900 monitor

can you help me find a am3+ mobo same or below price as i posted the one i pick doesnt have pcie 3.0 you can choose here http://dynaquestpc.com/ or here benstore.com.ph

or should i get this instead for my i5 build http://dynaquestpc.com/product/msi-b85-g43-gaming/ this can run the haswell refresh right without updating bios ? if bios update needed suggest me a good i5 that can work with this out of the box
