Build Advice Help me choosing parts for my first gaming rig ~ 1100€

Hello guys,

I currently am looking for parts for my first gaming rig. I did quite alot of research over the last weeks and got a list. However before i spend a ton of money i wanted to ask here if it is fine or if I should change parts. If so please explain why you would change certain parts for others.
Also please excuse any weird sentence I'm not a native speaker

So here's my current list with reasons why I picked what:

• Ryzen 5 3600 - good price perfermance ratio
• Gainward RTX 2070 Super Phoenix V1 - on the cheaper side of the 2070S's/heard of many problems form the gigabyte cards
• Cruciall Ballistix 16gb 3200 CL16 - cheap with good die (Micron E-Die)
• ASRock X570 Pro4 - comes close to B450 price but got PCI-E 4 and will be able to run ryzen 4000 (I do not want to wait for B550 boards)
• 1tb WD Blue sata SSD - cheap
• Scythe Mugen 5 PCHG editon - good cooling with low noise level

Parts I want to use form my current PC:

• bequiet pure power 9 - 600W
• silent base 600

My budget is around 1100€. My current list is at 1110€ so I'd need to downgrade a part to upgrade another (e.g worse RAM but therefor a better custom card)

What country are you in? At this point in time I would change out the PSU. While the Pure Power 9 isn't bad, it isn't great either and it is out of warranty.

I live in Germany. I know the Pure Power is kind of old but it actually still got warranty. Bought it about an year ago. Do you think it is fine this way or could it harm other parts?

It shouldn't hurt anything and since it is still under warranty it will be OK.

Going that route allows for the 32GB RAM & 3600X. The WD SN550 is the best budget NVMe SSD you can get right now and will always be faster than the WD Blue SATA SSD. The Shadow Rock 3 CPU cooler is a very good 190W TDP cooler. The MSI X570 Gaming Plus is Tomshardware best budget X570 motherboard.

Tought alot about the 5700xt but i decided not to go with it. Reasons are the horrible bugs and right now I own a r9 380 and i had many moments where i wished that i would have gotten a nvidia card.
Performance wise its surly not worth the 100€ but considering everything else i think it is the right choise

NOT on current generation AMD CPUs, you need at least DDR4-3200, and the faster the better. Ryzen benefits from faster RAM speeds on dual channel with XMP enabled. Anything less than 3200 is really unaccapteble if you're going to be overclocking a 3600X.

Also that SSD is a bit slow, I would pay the extra money for the WD Black SN750, it's a much better drive and worth the extra cost.
