The reason is I'm planning to use AmazonGlobal.. It's the cheapest way for me to ship the parts.. Otherwise it'll be extremely expensive, thanks for the replies.. 1 more question:

Because 16gb is more expensive and doesn't fit in the budget. The current combination build is too good to sacrifice for more memory. Right now 8gb is plenty for gaming.

That works too. Basically any 2x4gb 1600Mhz 9-9-9-24 kit is what you're looking for. Stick to known manufacturers. Crucial, Corsair, G.Skill, Mushkin, Team, Kingston, etc.
