Help me chose a MB sutable for overclocking, please

So I think it's about time I OC'd my E6400. When I first built this machine back in February, I didn't want to OC anything, and as a consequence, didn't buy 'enthusiast' parts. My current motherboard is a Abit IL9Pro and it is not possible to over clock the CPU from the BIOS.

Since I don't know what a motherboard sutable for overclocking would be, this is where I need someone to select one for me. There are a few requirements that must me met though.

The board must have the following features
4xSATA2 ports
4xUSB2 ports

everything else I don't mind. Also, ATX form factor... and my budget is about 60-70 pounds, although I guess I could stretch to 80 if a push comes to a shove.

The DS3 will last longer it has solid caps, probaly more stable for overclocking, get a revision 3.3 board.

Abit are doing a cheap F-I90HD board with a cut-down gaming focus. (board is only MicroATX so would be good for Media centre etc. the Abit has two PATA channels for 4 drives. (not the usual two)

Some says MSI 965 Platinum do the best as some review said so but it has compatibility issue with NON MSI product so it has to be with MSI VGA card and so on...

The best new overclocker is DFI's Infinity 965-S. It's 139, which is a bit more than the DS3, but it overclocks the FSB to well beyond 500, something the DS3 simply can't do. It's also worth noting that the solid caps on the DS3, which a nice feature, are more of a marketing scheme than something that will truly be useful, unless you intend to use the same motherboard for 10-15 years.

535 FSB out of the box at 1:1. That's at least 20 FSB faster than any other 965 test I've heard.

Hmmm, wow, I can't find any sites in the UK that sell ANY DFI parts. Weird. Well, the DS3 is probably the best all around for that price. If you're willing to spend a tad more there's also the ASUS P5B deluxe, which can generally overclock a bit higher and has some different options. You should be happy with either.
