I'm going to buy a whole new desktop within the minimum budget. So i came up with the idea of ryzen 3 2200g build:
•cpu: ryzen 3 2200g
•mb: gigabyte b450m ds3h
•ram: 2x4gb ddr4 corsair/g-skill
•hdd: seagate 1 TB 7200 rpm
•psu: corsair vs450 450 watt
•dell 18.5" monitor

Now i have a little more to worry about. For the ram, the cheap & available are 2400mhz or 3200mhz. But the AMD official website says the cpu 2200g supports 2667 mhz ram. Does it mean that i can only go with 2667 mhz ram & no other? Can i go with either of the 2400/3200mhz?

And i am going with the very normal cheapest casing with only two cooler fans on it. Is it okay? I am not adding any gpu & i think the cpu comes with a stock cooler named wraith stealth. So let me know if it's ok?

And i need a ups to let me atleast have the time to shut down whenever i get a power cut. And i live in Bangladesh where power cut is pretty often. I checked on the cheapest ups named power pack 650va. The link is http://www.bdstall.com/details/power-pac-650va-standby-ups-system-for-computer-15518/
Tell me if this ups can provide the service i need
Let me know if i am missing something. And if you have any suggestions of an alternate build within the same budget please let me know. Your advice is greatly appreciated

Go with the 3200mhz memory, the performance difference (at least in gaming) is quite significant between 2400/3200 (up to 20 FPS).

The case is fine and the stock cooler is good.

I don't know much about UPS so I'm afraid I can't answer that (someone else who knows them can chime in).

I know seasonic is always better but the cheapest seasonic available here (520w) is almost 3 times costlier than the vs450 and i have a very limited budget. Is there anything wrong with this vs450? Only thermaltake or antec are within the same price range.
