Atx case
What liquid cooling would be good for these 3 specs?

what do you mean by liquid cooling? do you mean a closed loop unit such as those made by Corsair and cooler master?

if so, please give us the exact model of your case (or better, list all the available fan slots if you can). you're working with an 8350, which tends to benefit from all the cooling you can give it (especially for overclocking)

The best cooler the the money on the market is the CM Hyper 212 Evo. But this is pretty much the best one on the market right now.

Ok it's a thermaltake v3 black edition vl80001w2z mid tower (black) money is not a factor

in that case I would put a dual 120mm cooler up at the top of your case. I like the Corsair H100i
