I don't know a lot about monitors and I want to make a decision, should I get a TN monitor now or should I save for an IPS monitor?

I forgot to mention my setup,

Gpu: Gtx 1070
Cpu: i5 7600k
Ram: 16Gb 3000mhz

Currently I have a Tv as a monitor and I can't stand the delay

Solution
If you can be a little patient and price watch, or maybe wait till Black Friday, you might be able to snag this guy for ~250.

A bit more future proof and great bang for the buck.

If you can answer the following questions, it'll help narrow things down:
  • How much can you spend or are willing to save up/spend?
  • What resolution do you want?
  • What refresh rate do you want? e.g., 60Hz, 75Hz, 144Hz, etc
  • What kind of inputs do you need? e.g. HDMI, DisplayPort, DVI?
The question of whether or not to get a TN or IPS monitor mostly depends on if you care about the monitor having narrower viewing angles or not.

• Right now I have 200$ to spend on the monitor
• I think 1920x1080 is enough for my graphics card
• I would like 144hz
• I think DisplayPort will be the best

So u say that if I use my monitor straight to my eyes it won't affect colours or anything else?
