Hi there. So i've been doing a lot or reasching and reading lately in order to come up with the first, best possible and affordable(for me) Gaming build but i can't decide on a few things and i need help .
This is my build : http://pcpartpicker.com/p/qKBY6h

1) Which cpu cooler should i get ? Noctua NH-D15 or Cryorig H7 ? i won't be going for very high oc cause it's my first build and i don't have the knowledge yet (as i've red from different topis 4.2-4.3 is enough for gaming)

2)Which mobo should i get? Asus z170 Ranger or Hero ? I'm looking at these too as i think they are the best and most affordable mobos for me and offer future proof for better components as it can be a strong base for any other build

3)How many Watts should i go for ? I am thinking Evga g2 750 or 850 since i alrdy have chosen a R9 390 and wouldn't it be better to have 850 for future changes? (2 r9 390's ,980 ,980ti)

All the chosen components are more or less within the budget i have and even though it's a really high budget for me (1300+ euros) i'm hopping that it will save me some money in the future with future changes since it can last a few years and play all the high end games i want. That's why i'm struggling deciding on mobos/cpu coolers etc.

Thanks for your time

For CPU cooler you should get a light one, since those big and heavy coolers are making pressure to MB, specially when you want to move your PC a bit (clean it etc.). I suggest get a liquid one or a Hyper 212 Evo which would be more than enough for gaming. I use it on my i7 with no issues.

Asus Hero has many bad reviews so I suggest Ranger. It has everything you need. Maybe more than that. You should also check official RAM compatibility list. Asus has a list of self tested RAMs for each MB so you will have not to worry about a RAM not working properly.

PSU should not be too high if it's a quality one. 750 is...

PSU should not be too high if it's a quality one. 750 is more than enough. For future builds you will not need a bigger one, since every new generation of CPUs and GPUs are consuming less power (increased efficiency). Evga g2 750 is perfect.

H7 is a quite small cpu cooler, not really the best if you want hardly overclock your cpu and it seems so since you plan to buy a 200$ board like that ASUS. Imho if you don't want to spend more money i'd change the Asus with the Asrock z170 extreme 6 and get a better cpu cooler like the Cryorig H5 or be quiet dark rock pro 3 if you plan to overclock.
You can find for the same price corsair vengeance lpx 3000mhz cl15.
HDD and SSD are fine.
750w psu is overkill and not needed at all. 650w fits better, evga g2 650

You will not notice any increased performance on games if you OC your CPU.. I think it is better to play safe and get a light cooler :). You get extra performance by getting a better GPU not CPU. Even 5 years old sandy bridge i7 2700k has almost same performance in gaming as the current gen i7 6700k.

so i won't have any extra needed features if i get the hero . it's 50 Euro more compared to Ranger so that saves me some money. and for the cpu cooler you think i should avoid coolers like nh d15-14 and go for a cryorig h5/ultimate e.g?

I have the NH-D15 on an overclocked i5 6600K at 4.6. It's really overkill as the Skylake chips run cool. The Cryorig H7 should be fine. The primary difference between the Ranger and the Hero is the fancy LED lighting of the Hero. If you don't care about that then get the Ranger. You need 650W for the R9 390. For two 390s in Crossfire, you'll need 1000 watts, but I would upgrade to a single Pascal or Polaris GPU when they come out rather than Crossfire. You build looks quite nice.

Thanks for your answer but my main concern right now reading what you guys have said till now is if i should get a 750w or 850w psu . i know pascal/polaris aim for lower w consumption but i don't know how many watts should i really have overall for the future.

a 650w is enough for any configuration with single gpu. Why do everybody on this forum think that a pc need thousands watt to power up? 650w is enough even for a superoverclocked cpu and a 980ti overclocked plus a case full of lights and a lot of other stuff.

If you don't plan to overclock you can save a lot of money buying a i5-6600, an h170 board and 2133mhz ram.
