Hi guys!
This is my build:
-Ryzen R5 3600
-Gigabyte Aorus B450 Pro wifi
-16gb ddr4 Adata d60g
-samsung 850 evo 250gb
-GPU: I think because of budget I'll get a rx580 or 1660, and in a future upgrade to a 2060/70 or 5700 XT.

Some options:
  1. Thermaltake Toughpower Grand RGB 650W 80+ gold full modular $105
  2. EVGA BQ 650W 80+ Bronze semimodular $97
  3. Gigabyte 750W 80 gold modular $109
  4. Corsair RM550X $115

Unluckily where I live everything is overpriced and not so much variety. I would love to go with a 80+ gold psu like Seasonic or EVGA or Corsair but I can't. I won't be doing OC.

Thanks!

Thanks. I'm from Argentina. I just checked and the Corsair is out of stock. Can't believe it. What about the Thermaltake? I could wait for the Corsair but they don't know when it's back...

Hey. No, impossible. We are talking about +150 200usd. It's completely out of my budget. What are yout thougts on the Thermaltake? Ive been doing a little research and it's a Tier 2 PSU..
The Toughpower Grand are decent PSUs. Thermaltake make a collection of great PSUs, and some awful ones.
Personally though I'm not a fan at all of RGB in PSUs, RGB just means heats, and the last thing I'd want to play with is the PSU. But that's just me.

Quality-wise, the toughpower is great, not the best voltage stability from what one would want from this grade of PSU, but, still a great quality PSU in the scheme of things.
