I have ECS G41T-M6 (v 1.0) LGA775 motherboard, Intel Pentium E2180 @2.0GHz processor, nVidia GeForce 9400GT 1GB graphics card and 2x2GB DDR3 RAM sticks. So I want to upgrade just my processor and I don't know which is the best one that I can choose out of this list (http://www.ecs.com.tw/ECSWebSite/Product/Product_Support.aspx?DetailID=1003&CategoryID=1&DetailName=Feature&MenuID=24&LanID=0) (open that link and go to CPU section) without having to change anything else like power supply, etc. I can only afford upgrading processor for now. So please help me out. Thank you.

E8600 in core2duo and Q8400S in core2quad (both 65W TDP) are the best I can say after all the research I've done. With these I won't have to upgrade my PSU (which is 250w) or anything else. Thank you!
