Help me decide: Which is the best Z97 board?

Trying to decide which board I should go with...help me decide please! I'm pairing it with a core i5-4590.

You list a locked i5 and Z97 boards.(overclocking intel 'K' chips?)

Just a new build. I'm not looking at doing anything crazy with the board. I'm doing my first build since 2009, so i've been out of the game for some time.

In terms of usage, it's not going to get much, other than for school and the occasional remote play from my xbox one.

Yes, the Z97 is overkill for the CPU you have. you will be fine on H97 chipset. biggest difference is that it cannot be overclocked which you don't need.
